WHAT THEY DO

The Bold Life Design, a coaching & consulting practice centered around enabling bold leaders & high-achievers to play big, own their story, & go after their most audacious goals.

THE PROBLEM

They were growing rapidly and as they added more clients to their plate, they wanted to be able to easily manage the increase in work without compromising their client experience. The goal was to create a place to keep track of all client information, needs, and touch points while creating a replicable and manageable process so nothing falls through the cracks. 

OUR IMPACT

We jumped right in and created two custom ClickUp spaces for the Bold Life’s specific needs. Each piece was intentionally added to serve a specific purpose and make the new process simpler and faster and more efficient than ever. By the end, the Bold Life had an updated system and process that worked with them rather than against them.

DELIVERABLES

• Workshopped the client’s needs and created a plan to address the client’s needs and updated process to be more seamless. 

• Created two new custom ClickUp spaces designed specifically for the client and their team while addressing their pain points. 

• Migrated all historical data to the new system.

• Walked the client through their new system and trained their team on how to use it effectively.
