LEAP | THE ADVISORY
THE SEAT BESIDE YOU, EVERY WEEK
You’ve got the vision. What you don’t have is someone at your level who knows the whole business and can help you decide what actually matters.
Weekly strategy. Financial visibility. A framework underneath it so we’re not improvising. And when we decide something needs building, a team who can build it.
Advisory is the thinking, the decisions, and the direction. Build work is scoped separately, so you only pay for what you actually need.
is this you?
YOU DON’T NEED ANOTHER PAIR OF HANDS.
Section Styles full-width
You've got people. Maybe a few employees, maybe a bench of contractors you trust. They're good at their parts. But you're still the one who decides what matters, answers the questions, checks the work, and remembers why any of it was set up that way.
Every new person you hire becomes one more person to manage. That's not a hiring problem. It's that nobody is holding the whole picture with you.
it sounds like
I’LL TELL YOU WHEN YOU’RE WRONG
That’s not a personality quirk, it’s the job. You’ve got plenty of people who’ll agree with you. What you don’t have is someone who knows the business well enough to challenge your thinking and explain why.
Some of what you’ll hear from me:
No, that’s not the priority.
You’re solving the wrong problem.
You don’t need to hire yet.
You do need to hire now.
This system isn’t the issue. This offer is.
Your team doesn’t need more instructions. They need clearer ownership.
You don’t have to take any of it. It’s still your business. But you’ll never have to wonder what I actually think.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
WHAT THE ADVISORY LOOKS LIKE
Weekly 60 Min Advisory Calls
The standing hour where we work on the business instead of in it. You bring what's in front of you, I bring the pattern I'm seeing, and we decide. Every call ends with a recap and what's next.
Quarterly 90 Min Strategy Sessions
Goals, budget, and the plan for the next three months. This is where we zoom out and check that the business is still being built toward the life you said you wanted.
Monthly Financial Review
I look at your numbers every month, not to do your books but so my advice is based on what's actually happening. We track sales in one place so you always know what's coming.
Ongoing Access
When something comes up on a Tuesday, you don't sit on it until next week. Send it and I'll answer.
Tools & Resources
A shared ClickUp space, the strategic planning deck, the sales tracker, and everything else I've built over the years of doing this.
First Access
When we decide something needs building, my team builds it. That work is scoped and priced separately, and advisory clients get priority plus a reduced rate. Perks of being in the seat.
You have a vision,
I help get it done

YOUR OTHER BRAIN
Section Styles full-width
I’ve seen this exact moment more times than I can count.
A founder who’s brilliant at the thing she does, who somewhere along the way became the only person who knows how any of it works.
What I bring isn’t a template. It’s pattern recognition. I can usually tell what’s actually breaking versus what just feels broken, I’ll tell you when you’re solving the wrong problem, and I’ll say no when the answer is no. That’s most of what you’re hiring me for.
And once we decide something, I don’t hand you a plan and wish you luck. I stay in it with you until it’s real.
We always start with you.
MONTH 1 | CEO BY DESIGN
Before we fix anything, I need to understand your business and how you work. What you want your role to be, what you want your week to look like, and what's non-negotiable. I'll use a few tools to get at how you actually operate, because how you're wired changes what will work and what won't. We'll also clear some low-hanging fruit, because there's always something you can stop carrying immediately. From there, we work the pillars your business needs, one at a time, at the pace of the weekly call.
THE METHOD
THE ROSETTE FRAMEWORK
The foundation every business needs to hold the life you want.
A rosette is a leopard's spot cluster. Distinct parts that form one recognizable whole, which is exactly what a business is when it's working. Eight pillars, each one a part of the business that has to hold.
Every engagement starts with CEO by Design. That's pillar one and it isn't optional, because nothing else can be designed correctly until we know what you actually want. The role you want to hold. The week you want to work. The things that don't move. Everything after it gets engineered toward that answer.
The other seven are:
Sustainable Growth
Intentional Operations
Smart Sales
Luxury Service
Refined Financials
Dream Team
Brand Authority
They aren't a sequence
We don't start at two and march to eight. We start where your business is actually breaking, and that's usually not where you think it is. One founder needs financials before she needs anything else. Another has beautiful numbers and no delivery process. The order is the diagnosis, and getting it right is most of what you're paying me for.
That's the difference between a framework and a checklist. A checklist assumes every business has the same problem in the same order. This one assumes yours doesn't.
The Investment
$2500 / MO.
Three month minimum, then month to month.
That's the weekly call, the quarterly sessions, the monthly financial review, Voxer access, my full library of tools, and priority access to my team at a reduced rate.
Build work is scoped separately. When we decide something needs to get built, we'll price it then, and you'll always know the number before anything starts.
THE BUILD
When we decide something needs to be built, my team builds it.
Operations and tech, documented workflows, AI tools and workflows, CRM and project management builds, automations that connect your tools. Client experience, onboarding, templates. Admin, email, social, sales pages.
Scoped per build, priced before anything starts. Advisory clients get priority and a reduced rate.
This is how decisions become real instead of becoming another plan you don’t have time to execute.
WHAT PEOPLE ASK
BEFORE YOU BOOK
"I've been burned tRYING TO BRING IN SUPPORT before."
Most people I talk to have. They hired someone, or bought the course, or built the system, and it didn't stick. That's usually not a people problem. It's that there was nothing to hand over, because the whole business was still in your head. That's the part we do first.
"Is this just going to be another to-do list for me?"
When we decide something needs building, my team builds it. The work leaves your desk instead of arriving on it. But keep in mind YOU know your business best, and there will be things you need to own and have capacity for, but we are with you along the way.
“HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT FROM A COACH OR CONSULTANT?”
A coach helps you think and a consultant hands you a plan, and both of them leave you holding the execution. I stay in it with you, and when we decide something needs building, my team builds it, which is the difference between knowing what to do and actually having it done.
Don’t take my word for it…
“Working with Tiff really opened my eyes to how much I enjoy working on the business, rather than in it. She helped me find peace of mind and actually take a real maternity leave. I took a full 3 months off, and by the 4th month, I eased back in, not because the team needed me, but because I missed working. I spent way too long trying to handle everything myself instead of letting my incredibly capable team step in and help. I’m beyond grateful to Tiff – she showed me what’s truly possible for my business.”
— Melissa Gee | Social Grace Marketing
“From the moment we partnered, my time for doing the things I love opened up...the opportunities and growth sky rocketed without me burning the night hours to make it happen.”
— Krista Ryan | KFG Coaching
SO, WHAT’S NEXT?
Thirty minutes. Come with what’s actually going on - the messy version is fine. I’ll tell you what I’d do about it and whether I’m the right person to help. If it’s a fit, I’ll send a proposal. If it isn’t, you’ll leave with a clearer read on what to do next either way.
