THE problem
While de Vasco’s Daughter excels in creating memorable events, they were having a hard time creating a smooth, standardized (yet personal!) onboarding / offboarding process for their clients. And in the busy world of wedding planning, this is essential for keeping things organized and simple for everyone involved.

our IMPACT
Our goal was to update and organize de Vasco’s Daughters onboarding process. This was mainly done through a Dubsado build out, which included completely revamping their previously used onboarding process, ultimately making it a much simpler and smoother process!

Client Experience System Audit and Build
Deliverables:
Mapped out the entire client workflow from inquiry through offboarding.
Brainstormed and wrote all canned emails needed and uploaded them to Dubsado.
Updated contracts and condensed them to keep the process simple.
Developed a master task list to be loaded into Aisle Planner.
Created a new lead form that directly ties into dubsado and added it to their website.
Connected aisle Planner to their website and automated new leads.
Workshopped and refined all client questionnaires and forms.
Built out appointments, contracts, forms, and proposals in Dubsado.
Branded all forms to align with their current website and brand assets.
Developed 15 date night canned emails for them to help add value to their clients during the journey.
Helped research SEO and keywords for them to start using for blogging again to help add value to their clients.
