Scott Social is a Social Media Marketing Agency that specializes in E-Commerce Businesses. Their motto: Your social channels shouldn’t just be pretty, they should perform! And these social media genies make sure your platforms do just that!

 

THE problem

While Scott Social can totally dominate the social media world, their business systems were lacking to say the least..  Exact quote from business owner and operator when asked about her business process: “I'm stuck / frustrated / overwhelmed about where to take things from here”. Scott Social’s top three priorities were to create and automate a better 1.onboarding process, 2.lead management, and 3.content requests.

Lucky for Scott Social, we love taking lack-luster business systems and turning them into something that will not only wow their clients, but make the process easier and quicker for the business! Our focus was to build out Dubsado to update and automate Scott Social’s system.

Client Experience System Audit and Build

 

Deliverables:

  • Mapped out the entire client workflow from inquiry through offboarding. 

  • Brainstormed and wrote all canned emails needed and uploaded them to Dubsado.

  • Updated contracts and condensed them to keep the process simple.

  • Created a new lead form that directly ties into dubsado and added it to their website.

  • Workshopped and refined all client questionnaires and forms.

  • Built out appointments, contracts, forms, and proposals in Dubsado.
