Krista is the Founder and Owner of KfG Coaching, an employee success coaching company that supports small businesses by providing high-quality success coaching.
She is a certified executive coach, facilitator, trainer, and speaker, focused on Leadership Excellence and Workplace Success, supporting industries around the globe, from small family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
THE problem
As a solopreneur and the founder and owner of KfG Coaching, Krista was doing everything. She had to do so much IN the business, that working ON the business fell to the wayside. Krista acknowledged that gap and decided to take action.

our IMPACT
Krista came to us in early 2022 with a vision of what she wanted for her business and life. Her motto was, Delegate to Elevate! She understood that to get there, she needed to focus on her skills and bring in an excellent support team to do the rest.
Our initial goal was to take administrative tasks from her to free up her time to focus on business development and evaluate all of her systems to help streamline and build efficiencies. That included client processes, project management, and marketing.
scope of work
Krista was on monthly Chief Operating Officer package, as well as an Admin/Operations Retainer. Her packages included Tiff’s time to discuss problems, strategize the updates and assist in the change management, as well as the Fierce Decorum team’s time to execute deliverables.
Deliverables:
Client Experience
Reviewed and refined the KfG client process
Developed and built out Dubsado as a CRM
Created templates, and canned emails to help her easily onboard and communicate with clients
Help to monthly manage and update Dubsado
Developed and built out pipeline folder in ClickUp to manage leads and relationships
Project Management
Developed and built out ClickUp to use as a project management tool
We created a space for her internal tasks, sales pipeline, client notes, and marketing to start.
This is now the tool she uses daily to keep her organized.
